They sucker you in the first time to get your credit card number in the system, then they proceed to screw everything up in the worst way possible. They randomly change delivery dates on you with no notice, they leave your water in the street and the kicker is the customer service claims they cant do anything because they outsource deliveries. This is a complete scam and Nestle is the most evil company on the planet.
Does any one keep getting different charges each month so they put they only charge me the 60$ each month and then they randomly charge me along with those 60$ the next day 76 this month in aug they charged me 113 $ and then 20$ the next day idgi. Have they done this to anyone else? I do wanna say that I get 5 24 packs of the 12 ounce water bottles and it totals to 56 but then they do this where they charge these other excessive amounts and I have no idea why

Do NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. They lie and could care less about Customer service or the businesses they service. Leaving a clinic without water while they keep pushing back the date of delivery time after time. Delivery Monday, Monday night email delivery changed to Tuesday now it's changed to Wednesday... This I'm sure will keep getting pushed back just like our last delivery that was pushed out 4 times. Phone calls do no good no matter who you speak to. All you are told is *no promised*... Had to purchase water at the store just to have water in the clinic for patients. DM them? That's a joke, you get the same run around and no compensation for the NO SERVICE you receive. Imagine however if you paid your bill the way they don't deliver water?. I want a regional manager to answer my questions. You are better off with WB MASON or buying your own machine and water from a wholesale club. This company is joke! They would let Patients in a medical clinic go without being able to hydrate!
For 6 weeks, I have been working with this company to have them pick up empty containers and recently the equipment.
I am very disappointed in the delivery service, misinformation from customer service representative, and customer service supervisors.
I just started getting service in October of 2020. It was okay at first (1st) unti I went to look at my invoice it was $53.40 due May 16,2021 I'm like to myself how? So I called she said you didn't pay in March I said that's a lie I told her I only order water when I need it. I told her the last time I brought water was in March I asked what happened to my creamers I ordered back in March I didn't receive it because the driver said their should be a refund. Which I never received & Another guy told me I was paying them to automatically taking the money off my credit card I told him that's a lie then he says just pay $33.40 I said no hell! I know longer need your services. ReadyRefresh never show up on time when asked.
This company waits until the afternoon of the day of your scheduled delivery to inform it will be late and then repeat that for days. My work waited almost 10 days for our delivery last time and every other time it's always at least 3 - 5 days off. This delivery they actually gave us a sealed 5 gallon bottle that was empty. How does one not notice picking up an empty 5 gallon water jug? They are awful, if I could I wouldn't even give 1 star.
I only got this because I was told by the sales rep that they would bring the bottles upstairs to my 3rd floor apartment, which they only did for the first 2 months. I cancelled it after he didn't bring it up on the third month, and they continually charged me for months afterwards. Horrible experience.
This company bought out Palomar Water in San Diego. Not only did they raise my price, but the product is substandard (purified) water. My bill was $34.99 and they charged me a $20 late fee in the middle of a pandemic. Rude service. They lost this customer. Hope their conscious allows them to sleep well at night.

It has been about six months since I gave this review and things have gotten WORSE, if you can even believe it.
The delivery guy WAS still just dumping off our water downstairs without picking up the empties - but the last two months we didn’t receive any water at all however we were charged and our invoices were paid. I’ve sent them notification that I am canceling our service, but of course not heard anything back by telephone or email. What kills me is that when I do get the US based customer service people there so nice. I feel bad for them.

I would give this company one star if I could!
I've given them months to take care of these issues and I've had it!!!
We've been customers for 4 years. Until we moved into an apartment building, everything was fine. But for the past six months, some incompetent useless driver just drops off the huge 5 gallon jugs in the vestibule of our building. It's a tiny area before you get into the atrium of our building. There are mostly senior citizens who live here who have to try and get by these things.
We've been fined by our condo assoc.
After 10 customer service calls and countless emails, we are left with 14 empty jugs in our apartment. I cannot understand how a company the size could have such a terrible customer service and such shoddy drivers. It's pathetic.
And what kills me is when you're on hold with them they say how important it is to get the empty bottles back to them!! It's RIDICULOUS!!!
Today's their last chance They promised the bottles will be picked up today between 7 AM and 6 PM. And I've let them know that if they're not, I'm bringing them to the recycling center!!

Ok service some late, some on time. A lot of hidden fees dont try to cancel, more hidden fees you have to call them pretty much for everything If you select cancel service Through there automated system they will give you the impression that they're closed. But if you select new service you'll get right through.
U guys have terrible service! My order was supposed to arrive yesterday, I called "customer service and was told it will be there today mam(02/25/2021). BS! Which that guy don't give a damn about my order or needs and then I check today and the delivery is set up for tomorrow? WHY? And to top it off, if I don't check on here, there is no notification sent to me either. Last month, you guys rescheduled 4 times, HORRIBLE SERVICE, REGRET GETTING SERVICE WITH YOU GUYS! Ur reasonable prices does not make up for the HORRIBLE service you guys provide.
Might as well buy the dispenser from Costco and install it yourself. I was not made aware that they would not install the unit. They were to give me a text/call one hour prior to arriving. I installed the unit and called to see how to install the door and they said it's broken - cheap plastic - and need to send another one. They are very polite on the phone but lousy dispenser and service.
They keep sending bills that i "owe" to a collection agency but in reality i dont owe anything. The last bill was MINUS $9 meaning they actually owed ME money, but the call from collection agency doesn't stop, LONG AFTER WE CANCELED, claiming we owe HUNDREDS of dollars. And when we call this $#*! of a company, they say they dont have any RECORD on file because we canceled our membership. Idk how they are legally operating. SCAMMERS. Please dont waste your time or money with this company, absolute scammers, once you sign up to any of their services, they have CAUGHT you in their net and will try to STEAL money from you. I wish i checked the reviews before signing up.

Because probably the customer service agent was interested in collecting the money from your last deliveries rather than sending the driver to your house for the service you adquired. And i know because i work in here.

Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!

Cancel your service completely. This company is not easy to deal with
